Exposition

Dear all,
Not that I plan on being a profilic blogger or am setting out to change the internet or radically change your view on D&D, but I hope you find some use for my point of view and what I post here.  This blog and its theme has replaced my personal/too lazy to keep updating blog following my non-finished D&D 4e campaign, where I took a group of my close friends from level 1 to 30 over the course of 3+ years.  We met approximately every other weekend, for 6-8 hours, and while it was sometimes exhausting or great, I a very proud that we finished up the campaign (even though my players failed the last big quest, leaving a huge opening for me to exploit next time).  I have since been on DM sabbatical, and playing in multiple play-by-post games and being a contributor on Fouthcore Team Deathmatch, which has really been an eye-opener for me in terms of character design/encounter layout, and fourthcore ideals.
Speaking of fourthcore ideals, today marks the anniversary of Revenge of the Iron Lich being unleashed upon the masses, and while I still haven't had a chance to play the module, How people talk about it has really inspired me to want to explore the limits of the 4e.  Since learning of the movement and researching the modules, I have taken it upon myself to add bits and pieces into my games whenever I can.
But I digress.  This blog will be my depository of encounter ideas (main posts), new monsters (Bestiary of Ctron), and character ideas I will probably never get a chance to play (Hello my name is...).
